CUSTOMER SERVICE:
The products made and sold through WARSCO Enterprises are guaranteed to satisfy! If you are not happy with your purchase or need to return it for any reason, please e-mail us at sales@gifts-to-your-door.com and request a Return Authorization (RA) form**. We will make arrangements to exchange, replace, or accept your return and refund you the original amount of the purchase price less cost of shipping. Your refund will be issued back to the credit card used for the original purchase.
All returns for refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee and MUST BE RETURNED PREPAID WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT in new, unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging (custom built orders are non-refundable). If your shipment was damaged in transit DO NOT RETURN (please see next para for details).
INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE UPON ARRIVAL:
Before accepting your shipment be sure to open the box and inspect the merchandise before signing for delivery. If, upon inspection, you discover that the merchandise is damaged simply refuse to accept delivery stating that contents were damaged upon inspection. Then send an explanatory e-mail to WARSCO Enterprises and your item will be replaced at no cost to you. If you are not able to inspect your shipment for damage at time of delivery keep all packaging material and e-mail us within 3 days of its arrival indicating the specific damage with supporting photos. We will then handle all correspondence with UPS and arrange for product or part replacement and return shipping via UPS. If an item is found to be damaged beyond repair WARSCO Enterprises will initiate a damage claim with the shipping company and issue you a refund for the purchase price of the product.
If the original packaging is discarded before UPS does its inspection, or damaged items are shipped back without a Return Authorization (RA) Form, the replacement claim that WARSCO made with the shipping company on your behalf will be null and void. In such an event this will result in a denied claim with the shipping company and neither a replacement nor refund will be issued.
WARRANTY REPLACEMENT:
In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise WARSCO Enterprises will, at its discretion and expense, replace any parts that are found to be defective within 15 days of purchase. WARSCO Enterprises must be notified by e-mail with supporting photos or proof of defect of the part or item claimed to be defective. If returning an item for refund or replacement the merchandise must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization Number or it will be refused. All returned merchandise must be prepaid by the customer and a 5% re-stocking fee will apply.

In order to process your Exchange or Refund in a timely fashion, please follow the steps set out below:
1. Request a Return Authorization (RA) Number (please see **below)
2. Once you receive your RA Number & form print it out and attach a copy to the OUTSIDE of each package being returned.
3. For Customs purposes the remission value for products being returned to the original shipper is stated as $10.00. This value must also be noted on the shipping waybill under 'value for Customs purposes'. Any shipments being returned without this documentation will result in unnecessary duty and brokerage charges and these will be deducted from any refund owing.
4. Re-package (if needed) and ship back via a shipping method of your choice. All returns must be accompanied by the RA form and shipped prepaid to the main warehouse located at: All Things Cedar, 1228b 31 Street North, Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada T1H 6T4
5. Any shipment returning without this documentation will be refused and no amount will be refunded.

Note that all products must be returned in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs and manuals. Open box items will be inspected and are subject to a restocking fee if any of the above components are not found in good order. Coverage for insurance, brokerage, or duties on returned items is the responsibility of the shipper. A product that has been shipped back to us in used/damaged condition will be refused or may be subject to a restocking fee. When making a return we will provide a credit for the price of the merchandise excluding the original freight cost incurred to ship your product(s) to you.
If the product was on a free shipping promotion, the purchase price of the product less the shipping charges incurred will be refunded. No returns will be authorized beyond fifteen (15) days after receipt of merchandise. After 15 days the item(s) will be treated as under Warranty. No returns will be authorized for fully and permanently assembled furniture kits.
Be it noted that the liability of WARSCO Enterprises is limited to, and will not exceed, the replacement price of your purchase. WARSCO Enterprises will not be held liable for any special, incidental or consequential damage or injury resulting from the possession, use, misuse or loss of the merchandise manufactured and/or sold either directly or indirectly through WARSCO Enterpries including regular and custom ordered manufactured products, wholesale items, or products made by other companies and sold through WARSCO Enterprises.
BACK ORDERS:
Back orders are rare but in the event an item is not immediately available, we will advise you within 24 hours.
DUTIES and TAXES:
International taxes and duty are not included in any of the prices posted on this website.
